CodeITek (“we,” “us”) runs this website to describe our services and let you contact us. This page explains what happens if you send us information through the site’s contact form. We operate that form ourselves; we do not use a separate outsourced form-relay or form-marketing service. This page is meant to be clear and practical; it is not legal advice for you or for us.
What we collect through the form
If you use the contact form, you choose to send personal information so we can respond. That typically includes:
- Name — so we know how to address you.
- Email address — so we can reply.
- Service selection — the type of help you are asking about.
- Message — whatever details you type about your project or question.
We do not use the form to run advertising profiles, sell your data, or sign you up for marketing lists. We use submissions only to understand your request and follow up about CodeITek services, unless you ask us to do something different in your message and we agree.
How messages are delivered
When you submit the form, your browser sends the fields directly to our server. Our own application checks the submission and forwards it to our business inbox using standard email (SMTP). We do not hand your inquiry off to a third-party form host or lead-capture platform.
Delivering email still uses the email hosting we use for our domain (the same kind of provider that delivers ordinary business mail). That provider processes the message only as part of normal delivery, under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to respond and to manage ordinary business records (for example, if we work together or need to refer back to a conversation). We do not keep a separate marketing database from this website form.
Cookies and tracking
This marketing site is built to stay simple. We are not using the form to load cross-site trackers for analytics or ads. Your browser may still store a theme preference (light or dark) locally so the site looks the same on your next visit; that stays on your device unless you clear site data.
Where we operate
CodeITek is based in the United States (Virginia). If you contact us from another country, your information will be handled in the U.S. as part of that conversation.
Your choices
You can choose not to use the form, or to use email directly if we give you an address another way. If you already contacted us and want a copy or correction of what you sent, or want us to delete an ordinary inquiry where no contract or law requires us to keep it, email us from the same address you used and describe the request. We will respond reasonably.
Changes
We may update this page when our site or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
